AIS General Maintenance LLC. was registered in 2023 by a set of partners to establish Hertztech services in UAE and the Middle East to provide a local service. The company has been registered and operating since 2014, providing general works solutions and services for small to large companies and projects.

Coming from a solid FMC and construction management back ground, founder of Hertztech. As a senior partner with his expertise, skills and knowledge, he manages and directs the day to day operations of AIS ensuring the same level of service is delivered to clients and partners time and time again.
